Why Dynomo exists
We stopped rebuilding the same foundation for every project.
The first version had a focused job: move and reshape data between systems without creating another brittle point-to-point integration. It needed to understand different schemas, apply rules before data moved, and make every execution visible when something failed.
The next projects needed the same building blocks: connectors, schema mapping, transformations, policy checks, approvals, and execution history. Instead of rebuilding them, we turned them into a visual workflow layer that could be configured and reused.
That foundation became Dynomo. Today the same workflow can connect operational systems, move content into a new platform, enforce governance before data crosses a boundary, and use AI where interpretation—not just transport—is required.
The product is built around a simple belief: your team should spend its capacity solving business problems, not repeatedly rebuilding the plumbing between tools.
European by design
European roots. Deployment on your terms.
A workflow platform sits between important systems, so trust cannot be an afterthought. Customers need to know which company stands behind the product, where workloads run, which subprocessors are involved, and what happens at every data boundary.
Dynomo is a product of WeFuse B.V., with teams in Amsterdam and South Africa. We offer EU-based platform hosting and document deployment locations, subprocessors, and processing terms in our customer agreements. Platform controls support GDPR obligations and NIS2 readiness without replacing each customer’s own compliance programme.
We are also committed to reducing the technology vendor dependency our customers carry — including their dependency on us. Our architecture supports portability across cloud environments. Our pricing carries no lock-in and no exit penalties. You stay because the product keeps earning it.
Data Sovereignty
Your data lives
where you decide.
Dynomo does not control or store your customer data. We provide the orchestration layer — you choose where the data lives. That is not a configuration option. It is how the platform is built.
Most vendors claim data control. Dynomo removes the need for that claim entirely — you retain full ownership and residency choice at every stage of the data lifecycle.
How we work
Three engagement models. One standard of delivery.
Guided Product Evaluation
For engineering teams that want to evaluate Dynomo in their own environment. We help configure access and map the first workflow so the evaluation starts with a useful, representative use case.
Guided Implementation
For teams that prefer a structured rollout. Our internal customer engineering team and regional implementation partners across Benelux, DACH, and the Nordics provide hands-on onboarding.
Fully Managed Delivery
For organisations navigating highly complex environments. We provide complete end-to-end management of your integration, cloud governance, or migration programmes.
Bring us the workflow slowing your team down.
We will map a cleaner way through it.
Show us the systems, decisions, and hand-offs involved. We will map how Dynomo can connect them, govern the data between them, and automate the work around them.
